Supporting the Development of Wyoming’s State Digital
Project Context: To ensure all Wyoming students have equitable access to digital learning technology, WDE
sought assistance from NCCC to develop a statewide digital learning plan resulting in the development
of a new NCCC project for Year 4. NCCC supported the development of the Wyoming Digital Learning
Plan by facilitating the gathering of stakeholder input, facilitating advisory panel meetings, and
reviewing and revising documents.
In Year 5, NCCC will continue to support the WDE with the implementation of its State Digital Learning
Plan (SDLP). To support the internal team and advisory panel, NCCC will develop resources (i.e., meeting
agendas, presentation materials, action planning template, and guidance materials), facilitate meetings,
provide tools and resources for project management, and assist with creating or adapting tools and
materials to support implementation of the plan.
